It's a busy time of year...and cold!! Brrrrrrrr!!!!! I am keeping busy by keeping moving...
Come visit me at Wayzata Olive Oil and Vinegar! The Holiday Sides and Salads was such a huge success that we've added another date to repeat it in December. There's also a December cookie class and a special Holiday tea. You can call the store for more information or to register: 952-473-1818. Hands-on classes are $40 per person and you not only get the recipes, but you take home food, a complimentary sample bottle of oil or vinegar, and you'll enjoy a glass of wine and a discount on any purchases you make that evening. Many of these classes are almost sold out, so I'd call soon if you're interested. Most are 7-9 p.m. on Thursdays. (The Holiday Tea is on a Sunday afternoon and the cost is $60. It will be a multi-course afternoon tea with delicious food, a different tea with every course and champagne! Who could refuse??? Grab your most beautiful hat and white gloves and get going!!)
I'm still at the Arboretum, of course...LOVE teaching there and love talking with all the attendees. The staff and volunteers that help me pull off the classes (which always come off without a hitch!) are just the most awesome people around!
I'm doing lots of cooking classes for local businesses doing health/wellness programs (have whisk will travel!!). These are mostly lunch and learn events and include everything from tea and aromatherapy to cooking with herbs.
ANNOUNCING A NEW ADVENTURE...I'll be teaching a cooking class based on Downton Abbey in January at the Nordicware Outlet on Highway 7...more information on this to come!!
So if you're out and about, you're sure to see me somewhere...be sure to say hi!
Happy Brewing Everyone!!
