Is it Spring yet????
I hope you are all surviving the deep freeze by drinking lots of hot tea!
I've been busy teaching classes and meeting great people! The Downton Abbey Class at Nordic Ware was a success! What a wonderful facility and such nice staff!! I will be teaching a Celtic Tea Class there on March 4. Come join us for some great Celtic treats and tea!! It will warm the cockles of your heart (what exactly are cockles anyway????)
Upcoming classes at Wayzata Olive Oil and Vinegar include:
- Wild about Chili on Sunday, February 23, from 2-4 p.m.
- Vinaigrette 101 - making the perfect vinaigrette! Sunday, March 9, from 1-2 p.m. -- and this class is FREE !!
- Gluten Free Grains, Thursday, March 13 from 7-9 p.m.
I'm also going to be doing a tea class for the Carver County Historical Society. Look for more details in April!
And, have you all checked out the new Mocha Monkey location in the Hometown Bank? Jon, the owner, did a superb job creating an inviting space! It's awesome! They have a drive through too, so stop in or drive through for a cuppa (or some soup or a sandwich)!!
Happy Brewing...Stay Warm!!
